Because Ellen is a rampaging nymphomaniac who would ball anything,  her husband, Marvin, decides to commit her to a mental institution. Luckily for us, we first get to see her nymphomania in action which is a wonderful thing ’cause Ellen is a dark sexy delight with ham hooters and a thick coarse bush that was made for the Deep Strokes. Turns out, Marv is the one responsible for Ellen’s condition in the first place. It all begins with a series of swinging parties at which a black chick, a slope-lined blonde slut, and big-haired Rhonda Fisher fuck everything in sight. Ellen is aghast and refuses to bare her ass in front of everybody. But Marv is drawn into the scene, and while the others are getting high and hot, he rams Rhonda. Ellen eventually follows suit... and watch out! She’s a one-woman orgy! Finally, when all the fucking’s done, Marv sends her to a nympho asylum, a very popular institution back in the porn-crazed 70s.
